Meet Colleen
Colleen’s journey into healthcare began in her 20s as a neuromuscular massage therapist in Sarasota, FL, where she developed a passion for understanding the body through a holistic lens. Her desire to help others led her to work at a nonprofit where she worked with adults and children with disabilities first in a group home setting working with adults, then as a transition specialist into life beyond high school.
After moving to Northern Palm Beach County, Colleen pursued her degree as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) from South University. Following the birth of her two boys, she felt a deeper calling to expand her knowledge and earned her certification as a Lymphedema Therapist. This was inspired by a close friend’s experience with a blood clot and lymphedema, and her own commitment to holistic healing and wellness.
Today, Colleen brings that same compassion, curiosity, and whole-body approach to every client she sees at the Lymphedema Treatment Center. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and two energetic boys (ages 5 and 8), usually on the soccer fields, or staying active at the gym and being outdoors.
